Situated along the banks of the Tama Kosi River, the transit resort features 18 rooms designed primarily to accommodate mountaineers and trekkers traveling to and from Mount Everest. The resort includes a restaurant and a swimming pool with a view overlooking the river. The project also integrates an innovative drainage water purification system using the rootzone treatment method, which purifies the water before discharging it into a retention tank. The treated water is then reused for landscaping and flushing to ensure efficient use of water.
