The layout revolves around a central courtyard that opens to the backyard, ensuring a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The design enables
natural flow between the living room, entrance, and dining area into the courtyard.
Designed alongside a family-owned cocoa farm, this project integrates a dehydrator
for moisture control and a production facility rooted in traditional methods.
A nearby residential unit for volunteers completes the design, with each element
thoughtfully placed to optimize space and create a harmonious workflow.
